Missionaries face all of the same personal and family issues as the rest of us, but with the added pressures of full time ministry, often foreign cultures and usually physically far away from family and chuch home. Cultural differences, poor living conditions and difficult ministry conditions can all lead to increased conflict, discouragement and temptation. Whether in the field or at home, we can connect in person, on the phone or over Skype so you can be encouraged, strengthened and given the help you need.

 

Pastors also live a life that often leads to feelings of being alone, unknown and under-appreciated. Ministry often puts you on a pedastal with high expectations on you and your family. Always on duty, never allowed to show doubt or weakness, Pastors are often falling apart on the inside while putting up a good front on the outside. Marriages suffer, kids rebel, and the Pastor and his or her family all suffer in silence.
